No, you can not. The learner license allows you to practice driving before you take the road test. You may drive only with a fully licensed driver 25 or more years old or with a professional driving school instructor.
Yes, you may drive unsupervised, but with the following restrictions:
- You must display the official “N”(Novice) sign on the rear of your vehicle.
- Zero blood alcohol level.
- Only one passenger may be in the vehicle unless the other passengers are immediate family members or there is a supervisor 25 years or older with valid BC class 5 drivers license.
Yes, if you hold the drivers license from the following countries: Canada, USA, Australia, Austria, Japan, Germany, Holland, France, New Zealand, South Korea, Switzerland and United Kingdom.
