    No, you can not. The learner license allows you to practice driving before you take the road test. You may drive only with a fully licensed driver 25 or more years old or with a professional driving school instructor.

    Yes, you may drive unsupervised, but with the following restrictions:

    1. You must display the official “N”(Novice) sign on the rear of your vehicle.
    2. Zero blood alcohol level.
    3. Only one passenger may be in the vehicle unless the other passengers are immediate family members or there is a supervisor 25 years or older with valid BC class 5 drivers license.

    Yes, if you hold the drivers license from the following countries: Canada, USA, Australia, Austria, Japan, Germany, Holland, France, New Zealand, South Korea, Switzerland and United Kingdom.
